                                     HOTTIE cream cheese.
Ingredients:
8oz cream cheese.
4 Tbs Caribbean Specialty Foods "Hottie" Scotch Bonnet Pepper sauce.

Mix and serve on your favorite bagel or as a dip!


                
          SWEETIE & BBQ Shrimp and Chicken.

Ingredients:
1 # Chicken Breast (Cut into 1" chunks)
1# Shrimp (21-21 peeled and deveined tail on)
20 Mushrooms
1 Red Onion (chopped into cubes)
1 yellow pepper (cut into 1" square pieces)
1 Green bell pepper (cut into 1" square pieces)
2 Cups of your favorite bbq sauce
1/4 cup of Caribbean Specialty Foods' "Sweetie"
10 10" skewers soaked in water for 15 minutes.

Skewer first 6 ingredients any way you like then place in a casserole dish.
Combine  BBQ sauce and "Sweetie" and pour over skewers covering with sauce
completely. Cover dish with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator for 2 hrs (ideal) or
30 mins prior to grilling. Turn on your grill to medium and grill for 7 minutes.
Serve with your favorite adult beverage or non alchoholic libation!


                          
       "Sweetie" Apple sauce

Dollop a spoonful of "Sweetie" on your serving of apple sauce at dinner.

Bloody Mary with "Hottie"!

Tastefully spice up your bloody mary with "Hottie".
mmmmmmmmm....... good!

                  Sweetie Shrimp and Asparagus Penne Pasta

Yeild 4 People
Cook time: 15 minutes

1 Bottle Caribbean Specialty Foods "Sweetie"
3 Tbs Caribbean Specialty Foods "Hot Olive Oil"
16oz dried Penne Pasta (16 dried equals 32 oz cooked)
1 bunch Asparagus tips (2-3inches long)
20 Large Shrimp (16-20)
1 Cup White Wine
1 Cup Chicken Stock
Salt & Pepper to taste
Parmasaen Cheese

Boil pasta until Al Dente (about 8 minutes), Heat oil 45 seconds in saute pan over
meduim-high heat. Add asparagus, shrimp and 1/2 bottle of "Sweetie" and saute
for 1 minute. Add wine and chicken stock and reduce by half, aproximately 2
minutes on high heat. Toss with pasta and add remaining "Sweetie". Top with
Parmesan cheese and serve with garlic bread.
